Software Engineer
Full time, remote, $90,000 + equity
Build the systems our agents and games run on: Studio plugins, game servers, the environments and harnesses we test agents in, and the data pipelines behind our models. Strong Luau, or strong TypeScript or Python and the willingness to learn Luau fast.
ML Engineer
Full time, remote, $130,000 + equity
Train specialist models for motion, building, and control, then port them to run in Luau inside the Roblox engine. You are comfortable in PyTorch and you check every port against a reference before calling it done.
